Paul at "work"
Paul at "work"

So, recently I've had a bit of competition for the use of my laptop, and certain people (who shall remain nameless) throw very loud and noisy tantrums upon hearing "No, you can't use my laptop". So until there's a way to crosspost between my main blog and here, I'll try to post weekly link summaries at a minimum.

Posts on Confessions of a Geeky Mama from August 12-18:

The Bike Posts:

  • Part 1: Discovering WSD
  • Part 2: Other Considerations
  • Part 3: Bringing Home a Bike
  • Fairfax CCT - Section 5: The Aftermath
  • Part 4: The Bike Trailer
So, I guess it's probably not that hard to guess what I was up to this week, even though I only rode about 5.5 miles ;).

Paul and I went over to Tamara and Andrew's house to hang out last night.  We were there until about midnight, and Paul managed to stay awake until after we got off 7100. I kinda figured that he'd sleep in this morning, so I stayed up a bit later than I really should have catching up on Grey's Anatomy.

Of course that meant I got woken up by a little voice yelling "Hello!! Hello!!!"about 3 hours before I meant to wake up. I am looking forward to the day Paul can go watch Saturday morning cartoons on his own.
